Inventory Report

During an inventory report we’ll visit the property and carry out a thorough inspection, using the latest technology to create a detailed, easy to read and jargon free property inventory report.

Check-In Report

The check-in appointment is made between the tenant and inventory clerk on the day the tenancy commences ensuring an up-to-date record of the property’s condition is on file.

Mid-Term Inspection

Mid-term inspections are a great way to keep in touch and remain informed of the condition of the property during the tenancy. This gives landlords and agents peace of mind that the asset is being looked after.

Check-Out Report

The check-out inspection is conducted at the end of the tenancy and documents the exact condition and contents of the property at that point of time – cross referencing the original inventory report to outline any discrepancies.
